He supports Amerada's engagement with the investment community, articulating value propositions to potential investors and strategic partners while ensuring the company maintains the financial resources necessary to advance our development and commercialization roadmap.
 
Chris brings nearly two decades of C-suite leadership experience to his role at Amerada Group of Companies. With a proven track record of guiding growth-stage manufacturing and industrial technology companies through commercialization, operational scale, and capital formation, Chris provides the strategic leadership essential to Amerada's mission to bring clean energy technologies to global markets. His extensive experience partnering with founders, boards, and investors allows him to support Amerada's strategic operations and funding initiatives. He has navigated complex commercial and capital negotiations to secure the resources and partnerships needed to scale new technologies. His track record includes successful go-to-market execution across manufacturing, clean energy, and infrastructure-adjacent businesses.
 
He is known for driving operational excellence while leveraging technology to enable step-change improvements in business performance. Relevant to Amerada's mission, he has embedded sustainability as a core business driver and a compliance function, recognizing that environmental responsibility and commercial success are mutually reinforcing in today's energy markets. His significant international leadership experience provides practical understanding of global labour dynamics, unionized environments, and cross-cultural operations—capabilities critical to Amerada as it positions its technologies for worldwide deployment.
 
Beyond his executive responsibilities, Chris remains actively engaged in board, advisory, and community initiatives, reflecting his commitment to disciplined leadership and long-term value creation that extends beyond immediate business objectives.

For over two decades, Mark Cummings has built a career that drives growth, fosters strong client relationships, and delivers results across diverse industries. With experience as a Sales Representative, Account Manager, Sales Manager, and Business Broker, he brings a proven ability to open new markets, grow territories, and lead teams to exceed targets.

Currently, Mr. Cummings serves as the Chief Operating Officer for the Amerada Group of Companies, where he works closely with our team, investors, and various groups interested in our technology. Mr. Cummings strengthens Amerada’s voice in potential markets with advocacy for the environment, supporting growth, and providing resources that make a measurable difference. 

His management style is rooted in positivity, motivation, and teamwork. He believes honesty and integrity are non-negotiables in business and focuses on building lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals. He enjoys leading teams, training professionals, and mentoring others in proven sales techniques and relationship-building strategies.

Whether it’s opening new markets, negotiating key accounts, or helping business owners achieve their goals, Mr. Cummings thrives on creating opportunities and driving growth for the organizations he represents.

Robert J. McKenzie began his career as a tradesman and quickly distinguished himself through a combination of technical mastery and entrepreneurial drive. He is a Journeyman Welder (1st Class), a Red Seal Interprovincial Welder, and an Alberta “B” Pressure Welder, holding multiple provincial certifications in Alberta and British Columbia. He has served as a welding instructor and Regional Welding Supervisor, specializing in advanced training and upgrading for tradespeople.

He holds a Welding Engineering Technician diploma from Cariboo College and a Construction Supervisors Certificate from Texas A&M University, making him licensed for piping and underground oil storage. His professional accreditations include CWB Welding Supervisor and CWB Level 3 Inspector, as well as completion of the Quality Lead Auditor Course.

Throughout his career, Mr. McKenzie has held senior roles with major industry players, including Nexen Oil, where he served as Lead Inspector and Corporate Quality Manager for Oilsands projects, and Fluor Corporation, where he oversaw Quality Assurance for the Syncrude MLMR Project. He has also built and led his own successful ventures, including Blackfoot Pressure Systems Ltd. and MESA Contracting Ltd., completing landmark projects in the oil, gas, and mining sectors across North America.

Mr. McKenzie leverages his extensive technical background and executive experience to lead innovative ventures in energy and industrial development, with a focus on sustainability, safety, and high-quality standards. He is proud of his Métis heritage, and his career reflects a commitment to advancing Canadian expertise in resource development, welding technologies, and industrial innovation on the global stage.

Building on a long career in the agricultural industry, Gary Woycenko brings a wealth of real-world experience and a deep understanding of energy challenges to his role as Vice President of Investor Relations at Amerada Group of Companies. He has firsthand knowledge of the energy costs, infrastructure limitations, and environmental concerns that drive the need for innovative clean energy solutions.

For the past four years, Gary has been instrumental in connecting Amerada's breakthrough technologies with forward-thinking investors who share the vision of a sustainable energy future. 

Gary is passionate about sharing information on Amerada's innovative projects and spreading awareness of how our technologies can transform energy production while delivering exceptional returns for investors. His approach to investor relations is built on honesty, integrity, and a genuine commitment to helping others understand the value and potential of revolutionary clean energy solutions.

Whether working with individual investors, institutional partners, or those exploring licensing opportunities, Gary's decades of experience in understanding real-world energy needs, combined with his enthusiasm for clean technology solutions, position him as a trusted advisor for those looking to participate in the clean energy revolution while achieving strong financial returns.

Harry Langner started his career as an industrial electrician, specializing in oil and gas plants. He had been involved with electrical maintenance, new construction, design, as-builds and management decisions. Working with BP Canada, he became a Regulatory Management Administrator, working for Harbor Consulting Ltd as a consultant. 

As an inspector, he worked with various companies, safety programs, standard safety practices, permits-to-work, job hazard analyses, and combustible gases. He was also involved in updating electrician training whenever a new Canadian Electrical Code, Part 1 (every 3 years), was issued, as well as in infrared inspections and hazard assessment analysis.

Mr. Langner holds a Master’s Certificate and has taken additional courses to become a Safety Codes officer, Class A and B. With this education and experience, he was able to inspect high voltage work, electrical utilities, and construction management. He has also taken Business Administration at NAIT and the University of Alberta, specializing in accounting.

Currently with the Amerada Group of Companies, Mr. Langner assists with board management, interacts with potential investors, and supports initiatives that support Amerada's growth. Drawing on his project management experience, business background, and inspections, Mr. Langner has a broad base of experience and general knowledge of managing projects and keeping them under budget, which he applies to his role as Director at Amerada.

Mr. Langner joined Amerada because of the company's clean energy focus. He is looking forward to new challenges and is excited about the possibilities.

Lyle Mickalyk brings a lifetime of hands-on construction expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to his role as Director at Amerada R&D Ltd. Raised on a farm, Lyle discovered early in life his passion for construction and working with his hands. These values would shape his entire career and ultimately lead him to the innovative energy solutions being developed at Amerada.

He pursued and earned his Building Construction Engineering Technology degree from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT). Throughout his construction career, Lyle worked with PCL and Ledcor. 

Lyle's relationship with Amerada R&D began when he joined the company's advisory council. Recognizing the exceptional opportunity that Amerada represented—both for advancing clean energy solutions and for furthering his own career and family's future—he accepted the invitation to become a Director.

Lyle approaches his role with what he describes as "a thankful heart for every experience in his life," bringing appreciation for the diverse background that has prepared him for contributing to Amerada's mission. His unique combination of construction industry expertise, entrepreneurial experience, and formal education provides a valuable perspective for guiding Amerada's technology development and commercial deployment strategies.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Lyle is married to Judy and is a devoted father to their two children.
