Step-by-Step Operation Process

Prepare the Reaction Vessel

  • Use a sealed container with a gas outlet to capture hydrogen.

Material Introduction

  • Use finely powdered silicon nanoparticles for a faster reaction.
  • Introduce deionized water slowly to silicon nanoparticles.
  • Stir to evenly distribute silicon nanoparticles in the liquid.

Hydrogen Collection and Storage

  • Hydrogen bubbles released in reaction are efficiently collected through the gas collection system and can be used immediately or stored.

Byproduct Management

  • The reaction leaves behind silica (SiO₂) in the water.
  • The silica can be filtered and recycled.
